Tuck Shop owner DJ Fernandes is opening a new breakfast/lunch spot next door to Tuck Shop. The zoning application was approved on the spot last week after a big neighborhood turnout in favor. Stay tuned. Opening late this year or early next.

What a great neighborhood we live in: two hands don't have enough fingers to count the number of restaurants I like and can walk to (when it's not too hot). And we have the incomparable Sunshine Market right in the middle.
