1. Pool Update – see handout
a. list of repairs not made yet -- above and beyond vortex
b. lot of infrastructure stuff needed since pool is “old”

2. Survey results
a. no surprises; pretty well match results that the neighborhood did
b. concepts
1) aluminum distance markers for those who walk/run/jog and want to know
2) demonstration project at Ceasar Chavez

3. Next steps
a. two surveys (official city & neighborhood) – we’ll compare results
b. Parks to develop a schematic plan (no more than 3) for programming
1) show pathways
2) bubbles of where things will be
3) will need to check sewer line to bathroom
