Coronado Park Improvement Meeting Minutes, Sept. 3, 2009 (No August Meeting)

Discussion of Previous July (no August Meeting) Steering Committee Meeting
Synopsis: The Steering Committee has reviewed three programs and narrowed it down to one which will now be turned into a master plan. The design will be presented to the neighborhood at an open meeting this fall with the goal of getting neighborhood input.

The program thus far calls for new restrooms, new play area to be located nearer the restrooms, removal of the ball field, a regulation soccer field, enhancement of the area to the west of the tennis courts and in front of the pool house.

The master plan will phase these improvements in as funds become available.

The next September Steering Committee meeting will focus on hardscape and a tree plan.
