two loose dogs tear apart our outdoor cat

Just wanted to warn people about loose dogs. Last Friday night, August 3rd, at 2:00am, our neighboor woke up to the sound of two dogs barking wildly, when he went out side to check it out, there were two yellow bull-type of dogs, he wasn't sure what kind exactly. They were tearing our outside cat limb from limb, as our neighboor tried to save her, they came after him. He managed to get the cat's body away from them and we burried her Saturday. We had just fixed her and her kittens, now they have to fend for themselves, becuase of these terrible dogs that got lose or maybe they are stray, we haven't seen them since.
Please watch your cats!
