Powerpoint of park conceptual plan that included elements previously discussed was shown. The lack of details was noted. Critique included slowing down the animated version (too fast) and include more pauses.

At this time, the committee learned that the conceptual plan had already been placed on the Parks Board November agenda for approval. This would be approximately two weeks after the presentation at the neighborhood meeting.

Following this presentation, the steering committee was given a tour of the A.E. England Building and the park site.
