If anyone wants to provide input into a Zoning
Administration hearing, but is not able to attend the hearing, they can provide their input in writing.
They need to address a letter to the Zoning Administrator and include the ZA case number in the
correspondence. The letter can be mailed, faxed, or attached to e-mail.

2nd Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003
The letter can be faxed to the Zoning Administrator at
602-495-0563, or it can be attached to email and sent to
donna.behm@phoenix.gov.
